WristWrist Trainer

At-home practice

Keep your wrists moving with a few slow exercises.

This page collects common general-mobility movement examples for everyday breaks and routine building; it is not therapeutic advice. Hold your phone sideways while you move, and Wrist Trainer counts your extension and flexion reps for you.

The basics

Warm up first, count second.

01

Wrist circles to warm up

With the phone held steady or empty hands, draw slow circles for 8–10 turns, then switch direction; keep the range comfortable.

02

Slow extension and flexion

These are the two directions the app counts: lift the back of your hand up (extension), then lower your palm down (flexion), pausing a beat in neutral between reps.

03

Gentle hands-together stretch

Press your palms together in front of your chest and hold lightly for 10–15 seconds, then relax; keep the effort at a level where you could still chat.

Rhythm and feedback

Small and regular beats long and rare.

Anchor a few minutes of practice to a daily moment and start small. The app handles calibration, counting, haptic and spoken cues, and local records; you focus on moving well.

  1. Read the safety boundary first. Stop immediately and seek professional advice if you feel pain, numbness, or swelling.
  2. Use the standard grip. Sideways hold, screen down, forearm level - that is what makes counting stable.
  3. Start in free mode. Both directions are counted without an account.
  4. Data stays on device. Raw sensor samples are never stored or uploaded; summaries remain local.
